Assignment:
The project involved upgrading the Joomla 1.5 site to Joomla 2.5 including a total new look and feel compared to the old site.
Result:
The customer wanted to have a complete new look for the site using large icons instead of a normal menu to navigate through the site. The site is optimised for the visitors to check which sport events Foxes are showing. A new function was integrating Google calendar with the sport events resulting in saving 90% of time to update the site with these events. A custom form was created for online reservations of tables in the restaurant. Creating the graphics was also a part of the assignment. The site is built with responsive design which adapts the layout to the viewing environment by using fluid, proportion-based grids, flexible images, and CSS3 media queries.
